Merlien Institute is an independent organisation dedicated to facilitating dialogue among academics, businesses and government organisations on issues related to the use and management of information and communication technologies. It aims to deliver knowledge transfer through innovative training workshops, annual conferences and journal publications.

Our partners include universities, STM publishers, academic associations, public policy organisations and NGOs. We help them by promoting their research agendas in our journal publications and conferences.
